Our TV consultants and systems integrators have had a long association with television, film and radio, originally working on the design and specification of TV studio lighting systems for the likes of the BBC, RTE and Granada/ITV as well as for specific television broadcast studios such as Fountain Studios in Wembley. We have also advised on the lighting control systems for a number of major TV productions including XFactor, Dancing on Ice and Strictly Come Dancing.

We have worked as TV studio design consultants on the design and specification of a number of TV studio projects assisting with the design, layout and finishes of the building, advising on the acoustic treatments and designing and specifying the broadcast technical systems.

We have expert knowledge of broadcast video equipment and systems including HD cameras, vision mixers/switchers and associated equipment. We have designed small scale TV and film studios for a number of schools and colleges around the country including Bitterne Park School in Southampton and Archbishop Holgates School in York. In the further and higher education sector we have designed and specified TV studios for Glasgow College, East Berkshire College, Liverpool John Moores University and Edge Hill University in Ormskirk. We have recently completed work on the Stockwell Street development for University of Greenwich which is a new home for the creative and digital arts department. The building incorporates two professionally equipped HD studios, recording studio, edit suites and a media asset management storage system. In the professional sector projects include two studios for BBC Northern Ireland and a new News Studio for Bloomberg Television in London.

We have also completed a number of radio station designs, including professional set-ups for Liverpool John Moores University and Edge Hill University.

In addition to detailed design and specification of TV Studios we also offer a full studio systems integration and project management service where we will monitor the TV specialist installers ensuring the work is completed on time, within budget and fully co-ordinated with the building structure and services.
